Apala Radio was founded in 2020 by a University don and ace broadcaster, Prof. Oyetola Oniwide, in Osogbo, Osun State.

The station is the world’s only licensed & functional Radio for twenty-four-hour promotion and analysis of Yoruba traditional (Apala) music, all-year round!

It also also collaborative agreements with many popular media houses across the globe.
